If you want to be in the lap of luxury, in the heart of Colonial Granada, Casa Blanca is the home for you. This home is one of Granada’s newest renovations and is located just one block from the central park on Calle La Calzada. Calle La Calzada is Granada’s busiest tourist area with a variety of shops, restaurants, art galleries and more. Casa Blanca mixes custom made modern furniture with beautiful hand picked antiques pieces to give the house a warm, yet functional feel.

Upon entering Casa Blanca, you find yourself in an Old World style living room with hand carved wood ceilings, hand made floor tiles and custom furnishings. The main corridor of the home, which surrounds the beautiful gardens and swimming pool, also opens up to four bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds and connects with the second bedroom which makes for a great family suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and air conditioning. The third and fourth bedrooms also have queen beds, private baths and air conditioning. The fifth bedroom has a small kitchenette, bath and twin bed.

The best part of this room is the magnificent view of the Granada Cathedral dome which is directly across from Casa Blanca. Also upstairs is a spectacular Master Bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the pool and garden areas. The Master has a king bed, air conditioning, large bathroom with a double shower claw footed bath tub and bidet. The rockwork in the bathroom is hand cut and gives the bathroom a warm natural feeling.

The kitchen, located downstairs, has all the amenities you would expect in a home of this caliber. Whether you want to juice your own breakfast or have a gourmet cup of coffee, it is all here for your use. There is an inline water filtration system, solar heated hot water, a gas barbeque grill and a laundry room with Bosch front loading appliances.
