Relax in the Dam It Getaway Cabin, taking in the best nature has to offer. Start your day with breakfast on the verandah and watch the sunrise over the rolling hills of Gloucester. The Bowman River winds it's way through this 78 acre property providing guests with the best of both worlds. Take a 10 minute walk to enjoy a picnic by the river, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, birdwatching. With it's untouched surrounds and pristine waterholes the river offers photographers a great back drop. Wildlife in the area includes, kangaroos, a large variety of birds, fish, lizards and on occasions platypus. In the afternoon relax in the pool or outdoor spa. Gloucester has an abundance of attractions such as The Gloucester Folk Museum, Gloucester Art Gallery, Hillview Herb Farm, Gloucester Art and Craft Produce, Trudgalong Farm Tour, Mondrook Cafe & Gallery, Butterfiles Rule Workshop, Camp Cobark, Shopping and Dining. Gloucester has some spectacular scenery, visit the World Heritage listed Barrington Tops, Gloucester Tops, Woko National Park, Bretti or Gloryvale Reserve. Activities in Gloucester are plentiful, fishing, swimming, tennis, bowls, squash, kayaking, canoeing, bushwalking, birdwatching, mountain biking, horse riding, golf. The Cabin is fully self contained and is conditioned. Featuring 2 queen bedrooms, bathroom, lounge room with big screen TV, stereo, CD/DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, verandah, washing machine and carport for a single vehicle. All towels and linen are provided. The kitchen includes oven, stove top, grill ,microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
