Villa Pantai is a luxurious and spacious villa, equipped with all amenities and is beautifully situated, right on the beach, close to Lovina, the touristic place on the north coast of Bali. The villa has a large tropical garden of 1500 sqm and a beautiful oval-shaped swimming pool of approx. 60 sqm with a separate children’s pool where children can sit and play. A spacious terrace with sun beds and parasols surrounds the pool.

The garden is beautifully landscaped with coconut and fruit trees and many tropical flowers and plants and has a pergola with seating area where you can sit in the shade. From the garden you have direct access to the beach and 35 meters own beachfront!

The villa has a high, thatched roof made of original Balinese alang-alang grass, which is also covering the front part of the terrace. Under the thatched roof you find a dining table and a seating area with lounge sofa where you can relax and enjoy the view of the garden and the sea.

Of course the bale benong at the beach side is not missing, the typical Indonesian gazebo with thick mattress and lots of pillows. Here you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view of the sea, also during the sunset that is magnificent on this coast!

Villa Pantai has 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms with a private bathroom. The bedrooms have a kingsize bed or double bed, TV and air conditioning. There are wardrobes for your clothing available in each bedroom and in one of the bedrooms you find a safe deposit box for your personal belongings. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasins and hairdryer. Two bathrooms are made in Balinese style, these are partially open with a so-called ‘open air shower’.

Two bedrooms are located at the front side of the villa overlooking the pool and the sea. The other two bedrooms are located at the rear of the villa with a beautiful view of the garden. Because of the location of the bedrooms on both sides of the villa you have a lot of privacy, also when you stay with multiple couples or families.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living room with a dining area and sitting area with TV & DVD where you feel right at home. The living room has also a piano and sliding glass doors to the terrace from which you have a fantastic view over the Bali sea.

Most of the year the sea at the north coast is calm with not a lot of current and waves. Also the beach slopes gently into the sea and is therefore also safe for children to play and swim.

The villa is equipped with all comforts such as free Wi-Fi Internet, TV, DVD, washing machine, dryer, a safe deposit box and in the kitchen you find the latest technology such as an oven, microwave, double doors fridge, dishwasher, cook island with bar, coffee machine, and all kind of appliances such as a blender, rice cooker, toaster, sandwich maker and a water dispenser for cold and warm water.

On top of this the villa has also a jacuzzi and a fitness studio with all kinds of high-quality devices by Kettler!

The villa is also very child-friendly, everything is on one level and spacious, the pool has a shallow children’s area and the garden has lots of grass for children to play. The garden has a fence with a private gate and a fence also protects the beach side and has a gate to the beach.In the villa there are two baby cots and two high chairs available for the youngest guests.

And that’s not all! 6 days a week friendly and welcoming staff will be at your service. The ladies in the house take care of the cleaning, the laundry, the grocery shopping and will prepare the most delicious meals for you. You can choose every day what you want to eat, in the villa you will find a list with menu suggestions you can use, however the staff of the villa can make all kind of Asian and Western dishes, they are very good cooks.

The villa has also a gardener to maintain the garden and the pool and there is a security guard on duty in the evening and night. The staff costs are included in the rental rate, also the preparing of all the meals is included, only the groceries for the food are at your own expense.

You will be pampered; the staff will ensure that you have a carefree and relaxing holiday!

Due to the spacious layout and large garden, Villa Pantai is suitable for all types of groups, whether you are with 2 people, with children or with multiple families or friends. The villa, the garden and the swimming pool are located on a private property and are not shared with other tenants.

The villa is also ideal to stay with children because everything is on the ground level, the pool has a shallow children’s section, the garden is fenced and the staff is used to take care of children, also with regard to the preparation of the meals.

In short, you will enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful holiday villa on the beach with very friendly and experienced staff!

Getting around

For sightseeing tours during your stay you can use also a car with driver, arrangements can be made with the staff of the villa or our local helpdesk. The drivers speak all English and are also very good guides, they know the nicest places to visit on Bali! Also possible is to hire scooters via our local help desk, they can be delivered at the villa.

Interaction with guest

Some weeks prior to your arrival I will send you the information guide of the villa with more background of the villa, the service of the staff and nice suggestions to do and to see in the surroundings. In the villa you will find also a hard copy of this guide. After your arrival a contact person of our local helpdesk will visit you in the villa to welcome you in person. During your stay you can always contact the help desk, 24h a day, for any questions you might have. The phone number of the help desk is listed in the information guide. Of course I will be also reachable at any time by mail and phone.
