Description
Nerissa bungalows No 2, set in a beautifully landscaped lot of 4000 m2, consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room-full kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for a family. The apartment is semidettached with fully tiled bathroom and complete air conditioning. The balcony has stunning views down the coastline and provides a romantic, private getaway perfect for pre-dinner drinks or morning coffee A patio area behind is viewing the mount Ainos and you can stay there to enjoy the afternoon sun and the sunset behind trees. An outdoor private barbeque is available and the place is covered with eucalyptus trees, palm trees, oleanders and many other flowers. Parking under the trees is available as well as a free area for the children to play. Baby seat and baby cot are available, if needed. The area surrounding the apartment is tranquil, rural and picturesque, ideal for a walking holiday. The nearby sandy beach of Klimatsias is 300 meters away and you can go there by foot or by car (there is enough free parking for all cars).
You will be greeted at the bungalow by the owner and she will answer any questions about the house and the island.
A generous welcome pack including fruits, bread, milk, juice, olive oil, a bottle of organic wine and other local products will be provided upon your
arrival, so you do not have to rush to the store.
Linen and towels will be provided every 4 days to be changed by the customers.

“Great peaceful place for family vacation.”

“Vacanze indimenticabili”
Appartamento situato in posizione centrale e strategica, in poco tempo si riescono a raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse dell'isola e la spiaggia vicino a casa è una delle più belle di Cefalonia dove alla sera le tartarughe arrivano a nuotare. La casa è molto semplice ma dotata di tutte le comodità ed ha anche un bel giardino ideale per i bambini. Dimitri e la moglie gentilissimi e sempre molto disponibili. Assolutamente da consigliare!
