PRIVATE POOL HOME RENTAL IN BEAUTIFUL NORTH LA QUINTA

WHAT ?

Four bedroom 1950sqft single family home situated on an over-sized South-West facing corner lot with mountain views in a beautiful quiet neighborhood of La Quinta, CA.

WHERE ?

Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood of North La Quinta, approximately 25 minutes from Palm Springs and Palm Springs Airport and within 10-15 minutes of Palm Desert's El Paseo Drive shopping, The River in Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells tennis gardens, hiking and numerous golf clubs.

WHEN ?

The home is generally available year-round. Change-over days are flexible. Minimum 7-night stay during peak period unless it is short notice. Shorter breaks accepted May - December.

ACCOMMODATION:

LIVING/FAMILY ROOM: 55” LED Smart TV with Netflix, Roku and streaming including Paramount+, Disney+, Two sofas and a love seat and a bench seat and arm chairs.

DINING ROOM: Dining table & chairs for 8.

KITCHEN: Granite counters, stainless steel appliances incl gas range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. All the utensils, pots pans etc you would need during your stay.

NOOK: Eating nook off Kitchen overlooking garden and pool.

MAIN BEDROOM: King size leather bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattressess with ultra plush top. 55" TV with roku and streaming services.

Sliding doors out onto the patio and pool area. Ensuite bathroom with granite counters, twin vanities walk-in shower and walk-in closet.

GUEST BEDROOM 1: Queen size bed with high-quality Diamond pillowtop mattress

GUEST BEDROOM 3: Two twin size beds.

BATHROOM: With tub and shower over. Granite counters.

LAUNDRY: With washer & dryer, detergents supplied.

OUTSIDE:

Beautiful gardens surround the East, South and West sides of the home. A large grassy garden with citrus trees and gravel patio on the East side is perfect for your morning coffee. The South West facing rear yard offers a large salt-water pool with spa, lots of deck space, table & chairs, loungers and lovely mountain views.

The pool may be heated if desired as an additional cost option, please enquire for rates at your time of stay.

Natural Gas BBQ (no propane tanks !).

There is also a three car garage.

PETS:

Your four-legged friend is very welcome and we do not charge extra for their stay. However we do insist that they are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool and that you must pick up in the garden prior to departure. Any extra cleaning we incur as a result of your pet will be deducted from the security deposit.

LENGTH OF STAY:

Generally speaking we prefer minimum 4-night stays except in the late Winter/early Spring when we may have a minimum 1 week stay requirement. However, if your desired dates abut another existing booking or are short notice (within one month) we may make exceptions, please feel free to ask about your particular circumstances.

Getting around

Visiting the desert is strongly recommended with a hire car as there is limited public transit in the area. Driving is easy in the desert with big, wide roads, relatively little traffic congestion. The home is located approximately 25 minutes drive from Palm Springs Airport and just a few minutes drive from major shops and restaurants.

Interaction with guest

I am fully available by phone and email should you require assistance and we have a caretaker that lives next door for assistance as required, otherwise we will leave you the peace, quiet and privacy as desired for your stay.
