When we have a chance to get away from our hectic lives we want to relax and unwind perhaps forget work for a while where better than the beautifully scenic Costa del Sol. This luxury apartment, is ideally situated for a relaxing and obtaining a peaceful holiday, any time of year.
This elegant apartment is light and spacious and has a south-facing terrace that you can enjoy quiet moments in the morning watching the sun come up whilst enjoying your breakfast or early evening with perhaps a glass of cava watching the spectacular sunsets.The terrace takes advantage of the far reaching views and is completely private and overlooks the main pool area.
Gibraltar and the coast of Africa can be seen on a fine day of course there are many of these as the costa del sol boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 21 degrees.
Arched french doors flood both the living room and the bedroom with natural light for an open fresh feel. Beautiful cream marble flooring throughout the apartment with a modern European-designed kitchen, fully equipped with many extras.
MAIN FEATURES
The apartment is located in a peaceful established area with no traffic or other annoying noises so a restful holiday is assured outside we have wide open spaces for you to enjoy with wonderful manicured gardens water features and palm trees the pools are maintained daily with many sunbeds to relax upon.
The Kitchen has modern units is fully tiled and has a pleasant view of the mountains and golf course. There is a ceramic hob,fridge freezer,microwave,dishwasher ,washing machine and a large variety of useful utensils. The kitchen is fully equipped for both cooking and dining in should you wish to do so.
We provide complimentary WIFI throughout the apartment which can be also accessed down by the pool area Air conditioning is throughout the apartment and is complimentary during your stay.
The main bedroom has a high quality Super King bed specially imported from the UK to aid a restful sleep, the room is fully air conditioned, you also have an ocean view and access to the terrace with views of the Mediterranean the bedding we use is the highest quality Egyptian cotton as are all our towels also having your own private en suite with bath is a nice feature.
Bedroom Two has full size single beds with quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton bed linens, this bedroom has its own en suite shower room with luxury Egyptian cotton towels and is fully air conditioned with views of the gardens.
The main lounge is very large with fine imported comfy leather sofas and solid wood furniture we have invested in the latest Panasonic TV for your enjoyment the view from this room is amazing and is perfectly private unlike many properties nearby.
The whole property is not overlooked by other apartments and has more the feel of a private villa the terrace is completely private too.
You have your own secure underground parking bay with lift straight up to the front door useful if returning from the supermarkets with heavy bags.
