Private villa in secured area with swimming pool, bali style garden quiet and next to all commodities;idealy located 100 m from the beach and the village of Pra Ae. Being built in 2011 , the Villa property is well maintained, confort ,calm and privacy is the owner goal.In the same area is living the owner so that any demand could be solved fast. the property count 3 houses: 2 cottages for rent and 1 house where the owner lives. in respect for all customers our cottages are non smoking, . If you are a big familly or travelling with friends, renting the 2 Cottages will enjoy total privacy for usage of swimming pool and garden ; then 8 persons could sleep and you'll feel at home with your group.travelling in couple or under 4 persons, 1 cottage is enough to stay.
