Description

Welcome to this bright, spacious, air-conditioned house in sunny San Juan de Alicante. It is set out on three floors. The large living room/dining room leads on to a terrace with a sun canopy and patio/small garden. The main bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom. Also on the first floor are two other bedrooms and a second bathroom. On the top floor is a bright and spacious attic with two sun terraces leading off it. Fiber optic broadband, so internet is fast throughout the house.

The large communal swimming pool, adjoining paddling pool and garden are all very well maintained, and are just seconds away from the house. There is also a play area and swings for small children (renewed in 2022). If coming by car there is private parking within the residence. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, cooking hob, toaster and kettle.

The city of Alicante is 6 kms to the south of San Juan (regular bus service if you don't want to drive in)

San Juan Beach (seven-kilometre-long sandy beach) is a very short drive away (five to ten minutes depending on the time of day)

Golf facilities (Alicante Golf) are less than five minutes by car

25 kms to Benidorm (theme parks Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar (the marine-life centre)),

51 kms to ALTEA, a bohemian white village perched on hills overlooking the sea

25 kms to Elche, UNESCO world heritage site

1 hour 45 min-drive (183 kms) to Valencia Airport

20-minute drive (22.6 kms) to Alicante Airport

With over 340 days of sunshine per year this is a great location for a holiday at any time of year.

Frequent bus service (No 23) between Alicante and Muxamel stopping at Hospital Clínico de San Juan which is the closest bus stop to the house.(8 - 10 minute walk).
