This year you should visit our wonderful villa Eleni.
This is about total switching off from your everyday life and focus on precious relaxation, calmness, get away from it all!
Relax by the pool, sip your drinks, enjoy the blue of the Ionian sea or just dine at the kiosk outdoors by the sunset!
Villa Eleni is a 2-bed villa with its own private swimming pool, with amazing seaviews and sunset views and is ideally located next to the best beaches of Lefkada! It is one of two villas at the same plot of land, however, it is totally independent and private.
It features two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower hydromassage on the first floor and a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting room area, extra WC, extra back up room. It is fully equipped with a/c, satellite TV, CD and DVD player & CD and DVD library, fridge/freezer, 4-hob kitchen, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron & iron board.
Outdoors, there is a garden/patio area with sunbeds, sun umbrellas, BBQ, shower and dining furniture.
The villa is built next to nature, secluded, surrounded by olive groves and located only about 3 mins walk to restaurants, 7mins walk from Athani village and about 5 mins drive from 3 of the best beaches of Lefkada such as Porto Katsiki (8kms), Egremni (2kms), Gialos beach (3kms).

“Great stay!”
We had a really good time! The house was nice, the view amazing and the pool too. The only difficulty we had was driving the car up to the house cause of the steep road.

“Superb location and house”
We stayed in this villa for two weeks. We really enjoyed our selves. The villa is great and private. The location is excellent, you eat under a gazebo and the view is the ocean. The swimming pool is big so you really can swim. It has a whirlpool what is a very nice touch. The owners are great and friendly people. If you need something they arrange it immediatly for you. The house will be claened every three days and they ask you what time fits you.......really genuine hospitality. If you want a great house with a big swimming pool, superb view and spacious surroundings and what is clean on a beautifull island? You have to go here. We really with sincere heard recommend this villa.
