Stunning, private 3 double bedroom, 3 bathroom detached Villa located within Pipa Hills, a secluded premium development in Pipa village.

The Villa is very spacious and the large wooden terrace offers the opportunity for relaxed al fresco dinning in a wonderful tropical rain forest environment. Short walk to beach (regularly voted as one of the top 10 beaches in Brazil). Amenities include 2 feature swimming pools and 24hr security. Your perfect holiday rental property.

House rules

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed and the condominium does not allow any additional visitors during your stay.

The only exception to the stated maximum number of guests is if there are no more than 2 children under the age of 10 but you will need to agree that with me specifically in advance. -

Pools closes at 10:00pm

Guests are to clean up after themselves and leave the villa in a reasonable state (e.g. all food and waste to be placed in the bin)

Response from the owner Obrigado por seu comentário e estou muito contente que você tenha desfrutado sua estadia. Eu gostaria de responder sobre as questões levantadas. Pagamento / Custo. O preço anunciado é o que todo mundo paga - que é o que você fez. Equipamento: Vou pedir ao meu representante villa para comprar uma sanduicheira. Internet: Existem dois sistemas de internet separadas disponíveis dentro do condomínio. Uma rede pessoal eu pagar diretamente, bem como um condomínio de um. Este não é barato e, portanto, deve estar constantemente disponível. Se por algum motivo ele não estiver funcionando, você deve entrar em contato com o representante villa e ele normalmente pode levar a pessoa responsável no local para repará-lo dentro de 24 horas. Dito tudo isso Pipa é uma vila de pescadores, com largura de banda limitada disponível. No Natal, Páscoa e Carnaval, é possível que, devido ao elevado número de pessoas que utilizam a rede de sua velocidade e disponibilidade tornar-se irregular ou em um cenário de pior caso - acidente. Este último ponto é, obviamente, além do meu controle e os efeitos todos na cidade. Ar A moradia está em uma floresta tropical e está sujeita às condições úmidas. Não é ocupada o tempo todo e, portanto, precisa ser exibida na chegada, se ninguém tem ficado imediatamente antes da mão. Isto normalmente dissipa dentro de alguns minutos. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
