“Wonderful villa, great holiday!”
Fantastic holiday from the moment we booked, villa owner was very friendly and helpful. Villa was clean, well positioned and provided everything to make our stay just wonderful. The pool was regularly cleaned and was accessed straight from the patio, all be it a little cool in april, we still enjoyed a daily swim with the kids! Villa was located a fifteen minute walk from Paphos centre, but also had a restaurant/bar and mini mart at the end of the complex road which provided a quick and easy meal if you didn't fancy the walk that evening. Many other restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk which didn't present to much of a problem for a 3 and 4 year old to walk. Personal touches in the villa such as iPod dock and Dvd's probably meant we spent more time at the villa than we would have on previous package holidays, as it meant we could truly relax. The only problem was that it all came to end and we had to go home! We would like to thank them for a wonderful holiday and hope that others can experience such an enjoyable holiday as we did. We definitely hope to return in the near future!
Spent 2 weeks here for xmas and it was a lovely pleasent area, unfortunatley weather was too cold for the pool (we did try) but down in the sea was fantastic, our only problem is my partner suffers with a hip problem and the beds and sofas are quite hard so that did give him quite a bit of grief but other than that such an amazing place really home from home, everything you need for a self catering holiday :) will defaintly be looking at coming again for the summer.
“A fantastic relaxing week in a wonderful villa”
From the day of booking this Villa the owner has been more than helpful. We rented Paradise Villa prior to our Cyprus wedding so that I could have a base close enough to Paphos Harbour area so that my grown up children could easily get into the centre of Paphos. The villa more than catered for all our needs. It was spotless, well decorated and there was enough room for us all without feeling on top of each other. We cooked a couple of nights or walked into Paphos to eat. The bus stop is very close by if you didn't want to walk. There is also a couple of small supermarkets nearby and a very pleasant bar should you not wish to venture far. The area was very quiet and we loved having the pool just a few steps from the villa. We had a great week.
“A great value villa in an established pretty setting with cracki”
The villa could not have been easier to book. We had great service from the owner Paula who also directed us to other premises where we could house the in-laws as we were in Cyprus for a wedding! Paradise Villa was definitely the cream of the crop though! The information and keys provided was immensely reassuring. The villa was very easy to get to from the airport with great directions. It is part of a small, established complex of owner occupiers/holiday makers which makes it very well cared for, safe and a pretty oasis within the residential area. The local shops and bar/restaurant were also good quality. The villa was well equipped with air conditioning and boy do you need it in the Cyprus heat. We spent most of the time on the patio 3 steps from the pool and hours with the kids in the pool. The neighbours were very friendly and provided some ideas of where to travel. We had a few questions for the couple who are caretakers for the premises. They were very responsive and lovely. The villa is 15 minutes walk from the town. Just due to the immense heat in Cyprus (and three children) we were glad we had a car however saw the frequent modern bus service stopping at the end of the complex drive. Its very easy to get around and all amenities are close by. Thanks for an excellent fortnight. The service provided couldnt have been better. The villa provided everything it said on the tin (or web!!).
“Morris Family Holiday”
The villa was large enough for my family of 6 adults and two children very well laid out and well equipted pool was brilliant and the local residents were very help full local restarant just round the corner was very good value and the local shops a verey nice walk into the town each day kept us fit ha ha would recommend to any family.will be going back there in the near future thanks again paula
“best villa we have ever stayed in”
paradise villa was one of the most nicest and cleanest villas we have ever stayed in , they had everything in the villa to help you enjoy your stay , the kitchen had all the emenities and it was great to have the pool just outside your back door . will definatley go back next year .
“Lovely relaxing break”
We travelled to Cyprus in June a family of 6 and rented out this lovely town house, the Universal area is near most attractions and could be walking distance if you do not hire a car, the pool is just a few steps from the house which is ideal if you have little ones, the other renters or owners are all very friendly while we were there and the pool was never busy, the only unfortunate thing that nobody can do anything about is the frogs which are in a river on the otherside of the pool, they do get very noisy at night, but shove some cotton wool in your ears and hey presto, no noise :) we would definatly recommend staying at this premises to anybody. Thanks Paula.
Great communication from the owner and very professional with everything. We were greeted at the villa by Ed and Rose who look after the property which was very warming and a nice touch. They ran through everything with us and were very helpful with information around the area. They were on hand if you needed them but were never invasive. The villa has a homely feel and is very well equipped with everything you could possible require, even a torch in the kitchen draw when we had a power cut one night which was very handy. There is an information pack in the lounge area which we found useful. The stairs could cause elderly or small children problems, being like a town house with three levels. There is facilities on all floors and we found the ground floor facilities the best for water pressure. All rooms are air conditioned. The lounge area seating is very basic and is uncomfortable to sit for any length of time. The location of the villa is great only 20 minutes from the airport and everything is either walking distance or a short bus ride. There is a bus stop just outside the complex number 603. Walking distance to the Harbour, beach, shops and restaurants and bar street. Car hire not necessary. The Villa is not overlooked and looks out on to the pool. The setting is lovely and peaceful for a very relaxing holiday. The location for us was perfect, far enough away from the town that we did not hear any noise but close enough to walk if we wanted to. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves during the day which the kids loved.
We stayed at Paradise Villa for 10 days at the end of april/Early May. The villa is perfectly located (if you don't mind a stroll in the evening - which is perfect for burning off your evening calories!!) and the Harbour and many restaurants etc are approx. 15-20 minutes away on foot. For those not willing to trek so far (tho it really isn't) Pambis diner right outside the entrance to the complex serves excellent food all day and there are a number of small bars and restaurants dotted around locally. But... if you've had a hard day relaxing by the pool and don't fancy exerting yourself the villa has everything you need to cater for yourselves.. with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer etc its just like a home from home. There were only two of us so we had plenty of space to spread out but the villa is ideal for at least 6 people (maybe 8 - so long as you don't mind slumming it on the put me up downstairs). There are ample bathrooms/toilets (one on every floor). And air con in every main room. The upper floor sun terrace is lovely late afternoon (when its not too hot!) and aside from the local wildlife (very noisy insects and toads, and the occasional barking dog, oh and the all day cockerel!!) its a very peaceful and relaxing place. Small warning about the pool sunbeds - there aren't many and some of those out already apparently "belong" to some residents there. So, be careful what you sit on! Some don't take kindly to you borrowing their beds!! My only suggestion for the Villa owners are perhaps to invest in some loungers guests could take pool side (as the ones on the sun terrace can't be moved). But this is a small issue that really wasn't a problem for us out of season. I would highly recommend Paradise Villa and the service offered by the owners and their in resort representatives was second to none. Very helpful, extremely friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning!! Carrie & Lee.
“Villa in a really lovely setting”
The villa is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and in a really lovely setting. The patio was just a couple of steps from the swimming pool, which we had to ourselves most days. The local restaurant Pambis Diner (with free internet access) is only 2 minutes away at the entrance of the complex and the food is very good. Next door to Pambis Diner is a small supermarket, which was very handy. If you are looking for a family villa in a peaceful and relaxing place, yet within easy walking distance of the beach and harbour, then this is the one.
