3 Night Minimum Stay required during our high season (March 22 - Sept. 30th). Guest reserving home must be 25 years or older, be staying at the property the entire time and will be considered the responsible party for this booking. Sorry, this house is NOT pet friendly, no exceptions.

Arrive to this secluded ocean getaway and be greeted with spectacular secluded ocean views. This private, custom home boasts gorgeous ocean views. The deck and sun-room offer areas for dining and great space to take in the scenery. Relax in this home and feel perched above the ocean below. Waking to this wooded, ocean landscape is truly inspiring. This 1 bedroom plus 2nd bedroom loft home is best suited for adults or families with older children. The Master bedroom has a king bed and the loft offers a queen bed. The recently remodeled bathroom is very contemporary and boasts a beautifully tiled floor and shower stall. Laundry is available in the home. The house is filled with lovely art pieces from all over the world. The kitchen has premium appliances and great views. The barbecue is propane and great to use for grilling on the deck and watching the waves below. Take a stroll down the trail to Indian beach and enjoy the serenity of Trinidad's local beaches.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
