Delicately designed, one bedroom apartment to rent in, Ocho Rios Jamaica. Turtle Beach Towers, is in the midst of all that is Ocho Rios, with the local beach opposite the rear gateway to the complex and popular attractions including The Hard Rock Cafe, Island Village and John Crows Tavern literally on the door step this is the perfect location for anyone wishing to take it easy with all amenities within a very short walking distance.

The apartment is located within secured grounds and has a 24 hour security system in place for additional safety and peace of mind. Situated on the first floor the apartment has one bedroom inclusive of a good sized double bed and a living room which hosts two large day beds. The apartment can easily house 4 people comfortably.

Turtle Beach Towers is located 2 hours drive away from both Sangster International Airport which is located in Montego Bay, and Norman Stanley Airport located in Jamaica's capital city Kingston.

Getting around

You can walk around Ocho Rios Town very easily. However to get the main attractions though they are not far at all, you will need a car. I have a chartered taxi that I use when I am there all the time. The driver goes by the name of Wayne and I will happily supply guests with his contact information.

Interaction with guest

Guests will always have me at the end of the phone or preferably via WhatsApp as my job doesn't allow me to always take calls. I will always ask what time your flight lands, as this allows me to work out whether my housekeeper Millicent, will be onsite to meet you or whether she will have left for the day, in which case she will leave the key in a secure location. Therefore if a guest arrives after say 7pm, then Millicent will meet and greet them the following day.

Turtle Towers hosts a mixture of holiday rental properties and local residents. Therefore guests are asked to keep noise levels after 9pm down to a minimum.
Please can guests insure that they do not use towels and linen for cleaning items such as shoes.
It is essential that all visitors are logged at the security gate before entry. The security will not allow anyone in unless they are able to call the guest and ask for permission before entry. Please do not open the door otherwise.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Natalie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
