Welcome to 'One York House' our little haven nestled within the heart of beautiful Llandudno at the foot of the Great Orme. Relax and unwind in our stunning, luxury accommodation, which boast every convenience you could wish for in your holiday accommodation. Leave the car behind and take your time to explore the unspoilt Victorian charm of this North Wales gem.
Although only 1 bedroom the apartment is extremely spacious and is equally suitable for both a couple or a family. The large family sized bedroom sleeps 3, (1 Double Bed and a Large Single Sofabed). In the lounge we have lovely L-Shaped sofa that opens out into a double sofabed.
All rooms are stylish and spacious. The apartment has both a fantastic kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment boasts it's own sheltered 'Sun trap' patio outside.
Free wifi. Bed Linen and towels is provided. Free Roadside Parking.

“A home from home”
A lovely comfortable spacious appartment. Good sized fully equipped kitchen. Large lounge diner and huge bedroom. A very modern bathroom with a large drench shower and seperate bath. It has everything you need to live as normal when on holiday. There is a small patio area to the front which is sheltered from the road. It's about a 5 min walk from the main shopping/eating area and sea front and a 10 min max walk to the West shore beach. There is street parking which did get very busy but there are 2 large car parks within 1 minute walk so there was always parking available. Would highly recommend this appartment.

“Amazing stay”
The apartment was absolutely fantastic! Attention to detail was explicit. Location was perfect didn't use the car once. Got on the hop on hop off bus to Conwy castle had a lovely day there. The owners of the apartement were on hand if we needed them...not that we did ..will defo be going back to Llandudno and stay at York house.

“Perfect short stay accommodation.”
