Lovely apartment with garden, just 100m from a long sandy beach, on the ground floor of a pretty villa, recently renovated with a very classy and modern look. Perfect also for golf holidays as a 27 hole course lies at walking distance. Just 20 Km from Ravenna’s art treasures, with its world renowned mosaics and 8 UNESCO sites. In the hearty region of the Romagna Riviera, famous for its savoury cuisine, entertainment facilities, hospitality and friendliness of the inhabitants. If you are looking for fun, this is the right place as it is right near the nightlife area and just a 10 minutes drive from renowned Mirabilandia Theme Park. Also great for clubbing and luxury shopping. Many excursions are possible to nearby attractions, art towns and wildlife areas. Water sports, tennis, golf and many other sports are practicable within walking distance. Beach 100m, town centre 200m, many shops, bars, restaurants and facilities nearby.

On the ground floor of a pretty house with two apartments, it sleeps 5+2 persons and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room with double sofabed, 2 SAT LCD TV, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, car park, garden, lovely veranda.

Our guests can use the private swimming pool of a nearby hotel (100 m., paid service € 175 per apartment per week).

Getting around

If you only plan to enjoy the beach and the town, you do not need a car, everything is at walking distance. If you would like to visit other places in the area, a car is recommended. Some towns can be reached by train (Ravenna, Rimini, Bologna and the major Italian towns). A car is also recommended if you come in the low season (from mid-September until before Easter) because the local grocery shops will be closed and the nearest open supermarket will be 3 km form the home.

Response from the owner Dear Jamie, I am glad you had a nice vacation. We found out that the problem with the ceiling was due to a temperature range caused by the air conditiong unit and everything will soon be checked and fixed. The apartment was competely renovated 7 years ago but the ground floor apartment suffers more from humidity, especially in the late season and this also causes problems with the paint of the walls. Although there is a special coat to prevent this, we redo the paint every year in Spring but at the end of the Summer season it shows again. If you ever come back, I advise you rent the top floor where this does not happen. There is garden furniture to sit outside but the courtyard is very shady because of all the trees. Our guests appreciate this in the summer when it is very hot but of course it is not so desirable in the late season. Thank you for your kind review, it is always very useful to learn what guests think. It was a pleasure to have you here and I apologize for any inconvenience you have encountered.

How do damage deposits work?
