“Excellent apartment in central Naples”
My family stayed at Emanuela's apartment over new year. It's in a great location on a very interesting street within walking distance of the train station, port and museums. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, well set up, clean and quiet - we felt very secure and Emanuella was a kind and informative host. The lift is a real bonus! We enjoyed the great views over the rooftops of Naples and watching the crazy neopolitan Cappodano bombes and fireworks from the apartment.
“Lovely apartment in historic centre of Naples.”
Perfect for our needs, beautifully clean had everything we needed. We were a party of four, rooms very good with lounge, kitchnette and dining area, Centrally located just a stones throw away from Spaccanapoli, plenty of places to eat. The atmosphere was amazing as the palce was packed for a national holiday. Only one small issue one of our party was tall, 6' 3" and one of the showers was too small for him, but it was no problem we swapped. Emanuela was really helpful with advice. There was a lift that really helped with the luggage. Would definitely go back, very interesting lively city with perfect accomodation.
The apartment was great. Well located in the centro storico within easy walking of everything we wanted. Nice sense of style about the interior. Warm and cosy (it was January) we slept really well - there was a real sense of calm in comparison to the sometimes turbulent streets. Emanuela was a good host - we knew our way about but the guest book showed how helpful she'd been to other guests - and she let us leave our luggage and ordered us a cab to the airport. I will stay again.
My husband and I stayed at this apartment with his brother and wife for 6 days over Christmas. We all found the beds very comfortable and the amenities wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed including a washer. The living room was a comfortable place to drink wine and relax after sightseeing. We found many recommended restaurants easy to walk to and markets close by to stock the kitchen. The train station was easy to access by foot. We felt safe when walking around the hoards of people that were there for holiday shopping. Though many people were around the apartment was quiet. There is an elevator which is very helpful since the apartment was on the top floor. I would recommend this apartment.
“Outstanding home away from home in old Napoli”
The entire experience from initial contact with emanula to the booking, arrival and accomodation itself was first rate. We stayed in the big flat for 4 nights ...a sensational apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Naples . From the top bedroom there is a fantastic view of Mt Vesuvius and the from sun terrace off the third bedroom a lovely view of the bell tower and the duomo and terracotta rooftops of old Napoli. From the main bedroom you can gaze down and watch the hustle and bustle of the street stalls and children gathering in the square for school. Surrounded by great restaurants and shops this location does not disappoint and I would not hesitate in recommending it to anybody. thank you emanuela for your kindness and hospitality and welcoming us to your lovely apartment.
“Good deal for two couples”
Location and hospitality are the strengths of this property. It is is the middle of most attractions you would want to see. In the day time the presepio shops are noisy but all quiets down after 8:00 P.M. Then there is the congenial landlady who answers all questions, gives good information that is not prettied up. If a problem might be anticipated then she tells you so. We are seasoned travelers and so was the other couple we shared the flat with--snug for four but we were all very pleased. It is nicely furnished and secure (at night you are behind three sets of strong doors). There are two levels to the unit--two bedrooms up with a bath and below one bedroom and bath with kitchen, living room, and foyer. There is a paucity of water on the second level--sometimes for the pressure and sometimes for the temperature. But after a few days the upstairs couple would shower on the lower level. So that worked our fine.
“Old Naples at its most magical”
Our short stay at Emanuela's little flat was pure delight. She was helpful and hospitable and took time to make us feel comfortable and at home. The immaculate flat has a comfortable big bed, a sizable kitchen and a bonus sitting room-entry. It's only a half flight up! It's not that close to major public transportation (the major flaw), but it is located in the throbbing heart of old Napoli, roughly between the Spaccanapoli and the Via Tribunali, both of which offer excellent snacking and dining. The region is pedestrian friendly and the alley abutting its palazzo location is filled with craftspeople producing the most amazing model landscapes you ever saw. Across the street, the nuns in the convent sing in the morning. I'd call it an urban paradise.
“Great time in the historical centre of Naples at Sangregorio Fla”
My wife and I recently had a week in the small Sangregorio Flat in the historical centre of Naples. The unit is located on quirky Via San Gregorio armeno on which there is always something happening and something interesting to look at. The flat is fantastic and met all of our expectations. It is in a great location within easy walking distance to the main historical sites and churches and also to restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. We loved Naples and had easy day trips to Pompeii, Sorrento and Isle of Capri. We say thanks to Emanuela for her help, knowledge and courtesy during our stay. We will be back.
“Une excellente adresse”
L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Spaccanapoli. Il est aménagé et décoré avec goût par une propriétaire charmante, très soucieuse du confort de ses clients. Bien que situé dans un quartier très vivant, il est également très calme. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous le recommandons sans aucune hésitation.
“What a magnificent location!”
We had a fabulous holiday in Naples and the apartment was a great base. It was sunny, very clean and with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the area nice and quiet. There's a lots of information provided about the local area, and how to get into the centre of the town, where the flat is. There were very good restaurants just round the corner, as well as cafè and supermarkets. San Gregorio armeno is one of the most picturesque street in Naples. Thanks to Emmanuela (the owner).
