Description
The cottage is a typical norfolk cottage. It has been renovated to a high standard yet maintains its original character and charm. Peppercorn cottage is situated 4 KM away from the Georgian town of Holt and close to the seaside town of Sheringham.
Local attraction include golf, fishing and walking. There are many cycling routes to explore with lovely country pubs to provide refreshement on the way.The area provides lots of beaches to discover along the coast although for people who wish to stay closer to home the enclosed garden provides privacy and space to relax.

Down stairs has a lobby with toilet and hand basin a well appointed kitchen and a lovely sitting room with a log fire.
Upstairs bedroom one has two single beds, Bedroom two has a double bed
The third bedroom which Ieads off bedroom two has lovely day bed ,which in turn leads to the upstairs bathroom.
There is a travel cot, a stair gate and a high chair.
The garden is access via a pathway leading from the court yard it is a large encolsed space with open views across the countryside.

“Wonderful stay”
The cottage was SPOTLESSLY clean and also warm and cosy. Oozing character and charm and maintained to a high standard. I loved it.

Response from the owner The cottage has been completeley refurbished we have a new modern shower and and a new kitchen. The third bedroom has a lovely daybed for reading and relaxing as the details state it does lead off the main bedroom so is ideal for families. The garden is seperate to the house accessed by a short pathway from the courtyard, it opens up to a large enclosed private space with great views and plenty of room for playing, eating and relaxing.

“Lovely cottage location”

“Quaint Cottage. Great Location”
Peppercorn Cottage was a great choice for our first trip to Norfolk. It is set in a quiet location but only one hundred yards from the village pub which serves great food. The cosy cottage is very well equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay, and with parking, off road, right outside the door. It proved a perfect base for exploring the Norfolk coast - we played golf at Sheringham and Cromer and walked on the beautiful Holkham beach. The little town of Holt is about four miles away, with lovely shops, restaurants and galleries. We'll definitely be going back

When not provided we can supply bed linen, however particularly for shorter bookings many people prefer the option to keep costs down. Where possible we try to accommodate preferences on arrival and leaving times, on the day of your departure we did have a tight turnaround so this would not have been possible. Thank you for letting us know about the teapot we were under the impression that there was one at the property and will replace. Once again thank you for your review it is always helpful to hear your views to help us continually improve our guests experience.
