Description

Vila Mila is beautifull restored 15th century house , located in the hearth of old town , walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, churches...Property has 5 floors,on the first floor is a lounge area, the second floor contains one double room with en-suite toilet/shower room .A spiral staircase leads to the third floor where there are 2 single bedrooms and a bathroom.In one of the single bedrooms a single bed could be converted into a double bed. The fourth floor open plan kitchen/dinner/second lounge area with view over the old city. An outside staircase leads to the magnificient roof top terrace with views over Dubrovnik As the property has 5 levels and access via steps from old town would not suit customers experiencing walking difficulties or those with very young children.

Regarding rooms we were informed that our representative never lock the room, she just removed extra towels and pillows because she made my mistake accommodation for 5 people instead for 3. If you needed extra towels or pillows, all you have to do is just ask , you would not be a first guest who ask for extra towels or pillows. 2.Regarding steps : You obviously did not read description of Vila Mila, it clearly said in description of Vila Mila that is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children as all Dubrovnik is a full of steps. 3.Regarding rubbish : it is rule to empty rubbish daily not weekly, as you were there for 5 nights and we were told that you have not emptied rubbish at all. 4.Regarding complain that you had to carry rubbish with suitcases, we do not understand , you left premises at 11,am and took the rubbish, ( normal check out is 10 am) and our representative allowed you to leave your suitcases till p.m. ( because of your late plane). We do not understand as you stated how you had to carry rubbish and luggage at the same time.Our representative also said that when you get back to pick up the suitcases she let you to use the bathroom and toilets to change ( even that she already cleaned up for the next guests) .Once again we do apologise if there is any convince as we can see that you were a bit upset with our representative. if there was any problem we feel that you should contact us direct by email or phone and we would gladly correct any possible misunderstanding . How do damage deposits work?

If Zvjezdana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
