Marmari Stone Cottage is short walk away from Loggos Beach, Loggos harbour and the village is only a ten minute walk away. Both the apartment and the house are well furnished and have tasteful décor. Thick walls, wooden beamed ceilings and stone or wooden floors lend a traditional flavour and they enjoy quiet rural surroundings. High standards combined with the excellent location means we consider them to be amongst the prime properties of their type available for rental in the sought-after Loggos area.

Very Good

“Peaceful and great location”

We had last stayed in the Olive groves near this house some 14 years previously, and it held special memories of calm, beauty and gentle relaxation. (and not too many tourists) We hoped 14 years later we would not be dissappionted, and we were not. Whilst there were admittedly lots more visitors from the time previously, the essence of Loggos and the Olive groves had not changed and still offered a gentle magic that is hard to encapsulate in words. Mamari house was a lovely little traditional Greek stone house in a quiet and peaceful and fairly private location. It offered basic but comfortable accommodation with plenty of space and decorated with attractive artifacts. The little garden area was quiet and relaxing. The location brilliant as just a few minutes walk from two small little beautiful bays, a lovely beach Taverna offering some of the best Greek food in Loggos and about 8 minutes walk into Loggos itself. We hired a, car but did not need it.. Though it was nice to be able to once again explore the island and visit other beaches and Tavernas and the two other towns. Though Loggos remsibs unquestionably our favourite. We have a policy of not returning to the same place for holidays... But since our return home keep thinking about it and would love to return and if we can book Mamari again. Soula, the owners mother was a helpful, charming, kind lady who had great warmth. As did all the Greeks we came across on the Island. Everyone so friendly and helpful. I have visited 19 Greek Islands in a period of 38 years but Loggos has got under my skin. We hope to be back Spiros and Soula. Thank you x
