Los Naranjos is security gated.
The villa is well equipped and has gardens front and rear and two terraces.
There is also small commercial centre at Bonalba.
Bonalba is ideally situated only 20 minutes from Alicante airport and ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of El Campello and San Juan.
In high season 945,00 Euro per wk, in other months lower rentalprices.
Inclusive gas, water, electricity, use of sheets, towels, bathmats, kitchen linen etc. You only have to pack your swimming suit.
Beachtowel arrangement: if you would like to use beachtowels: 5 euro each for use & laundry.
Inform us beforehand & the towels will be ready on arrival.
Pets: 1 pet is allowed.
For extra cleaning of presence of a pet: 20 euro extra to be paid to keyholder on arrival.
Do you rent our house because of a special celebration?
Inform us beforehand and we will decorate the house and on arrival your birthday boy/girl/couple will have a lovely surprise finding a decorated house.

Our whole house is centrally heated, so no problems with carrying heavy buta-gaz-bottles.
And a cosy open fireplace for the winter months.
If our calendar shows no availability for your chosen period, you can still request this period with us, as our identical neighbourhouses are also for rent, so we can perhaps help you to rent one of the houses of our neighbours.

The Bonalba Golf Resort nestles in the foothills of the Sierra de Bonalba overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.25 minutes from Alicante airport. Approx 4 Km from the beaches of El Campello & San Juan.If you become bored with relaxing by the pool or laying on the beach the villa is ideally situated for exploring the region. Benidorm is approx 20 minutes away on the motorway where there are many attractions including the Terra Mitica theme park, a huge water amusement park called Aqualandia and Mundomar which is a marine & exotic animal park with daily Dolphin shows. There are many historical towns to visit including Murcia,Orihuela,Elche (the shoe manufacturing capital of Spain) and not forgetting Alicante (approx 10 mins away).So often overlooked but it is a lovely town for a days shopping with numerous restaurants and cafes to visit.There are tree lined avenues to wander down or just to sit and watch the world go by.
A complete set of towels and bed linen are included in the rental charge.

“A great golf resort”
We really enjoyed staying at the villa with a swimming pool and a view onto the golf course at Bonalba. The owners are very nice and provided us with very detailed information regarding the area such as interesting places to see and restaurants to dine at. Great people. We highly reccomend this vacation rental, especially if you are playing golf. The Bonalba clubhouse is just across the street from the gated area.

“Jerome's wedding”
It was a very nice stay for our nephew'wedding standing in Bonalba hotel. The villa is very nice and very well equiped. We appreciate a lot the terrace with the swimming pool and the view on the golf. It is so quiet and pleasant. We appreciate to find tea, coffee, rice and some goods letting by the previous rentals. So we did it as well and the house seems like a living and warm spot. The open kitchen and the lounge are very easy to live. We recommand this type villa especially along the golf. We went to the beach at 5 minutes by car. We had really a nice time in Bonalba.
