Located in the countryside in peaceful surroundings but within easy reach of the towns.

Gorgeous, very spacious house set in a large pine forest, tastefully furnished with beautiful floodlit private pool & gardens. Close to the beautiful Bozborun peninsular (10 minutes drive from Hisaronu with it's restaurants & beaches, 15 minutes drive from Marmaris).

The local village, Degirmenyani is within walking distance where you can find shops, bakery, cafes & a weekly market (Sundays).

You will also find horseriding, go-karting & Quad buggies nearby.

Recently renovated the house has 4 bedrooms split over 2 levels and can sleep up to 12 (including sofa bed in lounge).

Large spacious hallway, lounge & kitchen / dining area.

Fans are included in all bedrooms. As the house is large & open plan air con is not necessary. All windows have fly screens and can be left open to catch the breeze. In the cooler months there is an open fire & electric heaters.

Well equipped with dish washer, gas hob, table top oven/grill & microwave. Washing machine, iron & ironing board. 2 bathrooms: ground floor shower, basin & wc. 1st floor bathroom is brand new with double shower, basin & WC. Well equipped play room. TV / DVD / Wifi / board games / books / toys.

Ouside large private pool, relaxing veranda, sunbeds, parasols & dining area with gas BBQ.

All towels, beach towels, bedding & linen provided.

Our parents live next door and will be on hand to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Feel free to help yourselves to the fruit & veg from the garden.

If you require a weekly clean / bed change service this can be arranged.

A hire car is recommended. We can provide contact details for transfers / car hire.

“Lovely villa”

Perfect spot for a holiday, villa nice and clean. Kids loved the pool. You need a car because it is a 30 minute drive to Marmaris but it is a lovely drive down to Marmaris. Could do with a toaster, although said there was one we never found it.Perfect for large families.
