Vacation apartment Il Sorriso is a graceful two bedroom apartment of approximately 100 square meters which sleeps four persons. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, this apartment is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Sorrentine peninsula and relax by the swimming pool amidst the lemon groves.
It is located on the ground floor of a country villa with independent access from the main entrance of the property through electrically commanded gates. It has a patio equipped with table and chairs to relax and dine outdoors. The patio at the side of the apartment is shaded by a Gazebo and from here you can see the blue of the sea framed by the green of the foliage of olives trees and lemon trees.
The apartment has antique and modern furniture. Entrance is from ground floor patio onto large lounge / dining room. Open plan kitchen well equipped, Double bedroom, Twin bedroom, Bathroom with bath tub and shower screen.
A small communal laundry room with washing machine is situated on the grounds of the villa.
Il Sorriso shared swimming pool measures 7,50 m X 4,00 m. and its depth is from 1,00 m. to 1,80 m. Owner will have the pool open as from end of May to the beginning of October, but promised that if weather continues to hold he will not empty the pool ‘till end of October!
You will be able to reach the swimming pool by climbing 15 steps amongst the lemon and olive trees which surround the villa.
The apartment is reached through a narrow and ancient country road, approximately 250 meters long, from the large Piazza S. Francesco, where large cars parking is available and luggage porterage is included both on arrival and departure.
"This road was built centuries ago, when the only transportation was provided by one´s own feet and perhaps a mule.
The purpose of the road was to provide a short path among the fruit trees to reach the property. Hard to believe, the road has been left just the way it was, with its characteristic stone wall on the edges, except for the pavement that has been improved to let a very small car go through. While making the access to the property more difficult, this road also has assured that the area stay free of pollution and noise, and the air is fresh and clean like in few other places. Along this very same road the centre of Massa Lubrense can be reached in fifteen minutes on foot".

Parking
The property lies approx. 250 meters from the large Piazza S. Francesco and is accessed through a very narrow lane.
Parking is on the Piazza and luggage porterage is included both on arrival and departure.
Notice : For those have a car, in the Piazza S. Francesco parking is free of charge but not private and on Friday mornings there is a street market when vehicles have to be parked a little further away.

Check-in time is between 3,00 and 8,00 p.m. You will be met and taken to the booked accommodation, asked for a photo copy of your Id or passport, any extras and the Breakage deposit (in cash only in any currencies) € 300,00 – this is refunded on your departure day, less any breakages.
We strongly recommend contacting our land agents the day before or early morning of your arrival day, to let them know how you intend getting to the resort and approximate arrival time, they will in this occasion be able to advise of any local fiestas, roads closed etc...
Check-out time is between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
On departure the property has to be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from trash. Should these conditions not be respected, there will a deduction from the deposit - amount corresponding to the extra cleaning time
Arrival and departure times can be arranged outside these times for this service a supplement of € 55,00 is applied.
