A large 4 bed villa in an extremely contemporary style with modern furnishings and all mod cons including unlimited WiFi access and UK Sky TV.

This villa is situated in the lower part of Ovacik affording a prime position close to all amenities including restaurants, bars and shops within footsteps of the villa.

A serene location which provides peace and tranquility but just a short walk to the hustle and bustle.

The villa has a large private pool and manicured gardens and comes complete with a Turkish Kosk ideal for large families or groups to enjoy a quiet space to read or a few choice sundowners

We have owned the villa for 8 years and have been extremely lucky to have been fully booked every season. As such we have many repeat guests who come back time and again. We like to have as much interaction as our guests desire, with frequent email contact in the lead up to the holiday for those that venture here for the first time, to just basic instructions for other guests who are already familiar with the area. Contact details are provided and we are available at all times for anything that may be required. The villa is serviced by the Orka hotel and as such there is 24 hour reception and guest relation support available local to the villa.

“Lovely villa!”

We were only able to book this villa this year due to a cancellation. Very pleased we did! It's a lovely villa. Cleaners came every 4 days, with linens and towels changed, which meant no housework for us! Wifi was brilliant, which is completely necessary these days, particularly with a teenager!. Having uk sky tv was a nice added extra. It was very much a home from home. Lovely spacious rooms. Theres even a nespresso machine; coffee pods were no more expensive than at home! The pool was large; particularly good for a large group. Spacious garden with a bbq, so you dont feel enclosed or on top of the neighbours. The kosk was added bonus, which was lovely for the evening and early mornings. We took our echo dot and plugged it in there for music. It is a easy walk to the village centre and only 15mins walk from Orka world water park, which is definitely worth a visit. Felt nicely secluded, but not isolated; still quite central to shops and restaurants. Had a lovely relaxing holiday. We will definitely return, but it's already booked for 2023! That tells you its good with repeat guests! Emma and Derek were very friendly and responsive and provided lots of helpful info. We did have some issues with the electrics tripping, but we were informed of this before we arrived. Emma and Derek were 'on it' though and it was fixed during our 1st week. They did all they could, even calling us to apologise and resolve it. Very happy with how they managed it. They were very responsive and very concerned about the inconvenience to us. It didnt spoil our time. These things happen! This is a lovely villa; you wont be disappointed if you are lucky enough to book it for your holiday. But I'd like to book it again before any of you do!

“Paradise!”

Wow, where do we start...we've stayed in a lot of properties in this area over the past 10 years but Emma's villa was the best so far. The villa is spacious and luxurious, and very well equipped with everything you need. The gardens are now more mature than the photographs and a beautiful (and very large) shaded seating area has been built at the rear of the garden offering tranquil views over farmland and wonderful sunsets. The location is also great, especially if travelling with young children and buggies as it is a flat 10 minute walk into Hisaronu. If you are reading this review as a first time traveller to this part of Turkey, trust me, you will not be disappointed and once you've been here, you will not want to holiday anywhere else. Thanks again Emma for organising everything for us.

How do damage deposits work?
