Description

Our 3 bed/2 bath house in South Fort Myers is within easy reach of the stunning beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. Situated in the quiet and sought-after residential area of Wellington it is tastefully furnished and provides a comfortable home from home feel.

The large and fully equipped kitchen and open plan living area open onto a large lanai (with gas barbecue) and spacious swimming pool, overlooking a beautiful lake, featuring a fountain and abundant wildlife. The deck and pool are south facing and so you have daylong sunshine. The 3 bedrooms (a king, double and twin) provide comfortable accommodation for 6. The master bedroom and children's room have TVs.

Wi-fi is available with a strong signal throughout. Cable TV and a DVD player are provided as well as an integrated radio intercom. Free local telephone calls can be made.

There is air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans.

Less than a mile away are 2 supermarkets, restaurants and several amenity stores.

Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. It includes a table with seating for 6. For more formal dining there is a beautiful glass table, seating 6, in the open-plan living area. (There is also a table and chairs in the lanai for poolside dining). The lounge or great room is furnished with comfortable leather suites for relaxing or watching TV. The large master bedroom has an en suite, including a large shower and bath. A second bathroom is for use of the other bedrooms. A travel cot and high chair is available for guests with small children.

Large covered lanai with family sized table and 6 chairs. A gas Weber barbecue is provided. Two relaxing rocking chairs are available if you prefer to sit in the shade as well as four sun loungers.

Swimming pool to depth of 6 feet (heating extra charge of £75 per week - only likely to be required in winter).

Great holiday in this everything you may need villa, ideally located in a quite residential area with the beaches and local supermarkets within easy reach. Villa was clean and tidy with plenty of space and a plethora of beach chairs to use alongside a couple of coolers. Would book again.

How do damage deposits work?
