Attractive, well appointed small terraced cottage in a private domain overlooking St. Tropez bay, 1km from the sea and 3kms from Ste. Maxime.
The house is on two levels On the ground floor : 2 bedrooms,(one with a double bed , the second with bunk beds and possibility of adding a third one), 1 bathroom with separate WC , 1 store room with a washing machine. On the upper entrance level, opposite the private parking, is the open plan kitchen and dining area. The lounge, with a double sofa bed and TV, opens on a terrace with a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. There are 2 gardens : a small one at the entrance and a biggerr one with BBQ outside the bedorooms.
The house is suitable for a small family (4/5 persons) who are careful tenants and wish to enjoy their stay in a private domain with club house, bar, restaurant, swimming pool with a swimming instructor giving private lessons, tennis, table tennis, "boules" pitch and various activities organised in July and August.
You will need a car for the Collines : If you feel it is too long to drive, the SNCF offer an Auto-Train service between Paris and St. Raphael (a 30 min.drive to Ste. Maxime). Alternatively you can take a flight to Nice and rent a car (1 1/4 hours to Ste. Maxime)
