Stay at our unique villa this summer! Private, hilltop with stunning seaviews, infinity pool, all comforts, surrounded by nature, can walk downhill to seashore, cosmopolitan Nydri just 1km away!
Inspired by the palette of the surrounding nature's colours, villa Meliti offers the harmony and serenity of the countryside. The ground floor hosts a spacious living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where the second bedroom and bathroom can be found. The views of the small green 'princes islands' including the Greek tycoon's Onassis island named Scorpios are simply unique! The villa is located next to nature, just above the seafront village of Perigiali (700 m), hence enjoying these dramatic seaviews! Although some effort might be needed walking uphill to reach the villa on the way back from the beach, the closest beach is just a 10-min walk downhill. The villa is conveniently enjoying total privacy and quiet, yet it is so close (only 1km) to all watersport, restaurant, shops and conveniences of cosmopolitan Nydri.

“magical view”

“Lovely villa”
We stayed at Villa Meliti in June. The Villa is reached by a steep road which is rather daunting to begin with but then one of the charms of Levkada is the mountains . From the Villa and the infinity pool the views are fantastic. The Villa is compact but not small and is situated in a secluded and quiet area.. We all enjoyed relaxing around the pool and eating al fresco on the terrace. By day we could watch the ferries and pleasure boats scuttling around the islands, and at night we could see the stars and planets. The Villa Meliti met all our expectations and more. We had a lovely relaxing time Thank you
