A recent remodel means this condo is CLEAN: designed for comfort, and with top-of-the line appliances. Take the elevator to the top floor and relax, watching whales (in season), turtles, and dolphins from your private lanai in sunny Po'ipu. Beaches, dining, art, and shopping are just a short stroll away. Location, Location, LOCATION!

We are frequently on-island but remain unobtrusive -- unless our guests need us or simply want to meet us... We make sure you have our contact info so you can always find us! Regarding Cancellations (our Policy SUPERSEDES the "No Refund" information [embedded in the software]): For cancellations (within 90 days), we DO REFUND --pro-rated-- but only after we re-book dates in the time slot held for you. For cancellations prior to 90 days, we offer a refund (less an administrative fee). Our policy is to offer refunds upon re-booking since, unlike hotels, we must turn away all other requests for a time period as soon as we block nights for specific guests. We are happy to refund IF we have adequate time to re-book the condo.
