Apartments Villa Elly are situated in a perfect location for your holidays in Dubrovnik. We are situated in a quiet dead end street only 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and about the same distance from the shopping area, ferry and bus terminal.

We provide all the necessary facilities that a good accommodation should have and most important of all we are always willing to help our guests.

Villa Elly is opened during the whole year. Our apartments are brand new apartments situated on the first and second floor of a family house. Our accommodations consist of 4 apartments (Apartment ELI, Apartment ANDREA, Apartment NIKA & Ensuite twin room MARINO all with TV, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating.

Apartment ELI consists of one Master bedroom (king size bed), one twin bed room, convertible sofa in the living room which turns into a large double bed or two separate single beds and two bathrooms.

The Apartment ANDREA consists of one double bed in the bedroom and convertible sofa in the living room which turns into a large double bed or two separate single beds.

The Apartment NIKA consists of one queen size bedroom and convertible sofa in living room suitable for children.

We also offer a twin-bed room with En suite private bathroom, TV, fridge, air conditioning and heating.

All apartments and a room have terraces where you can have your breakfast, lunch, drink or simply relax.

The apartments are self catering, with fully equipped kitchenettes (except twin private room). Towels and linen are provided.

“What a place”

Nice quiet roomy apartment for the 3 of us. We walk a lot so meandering to town was fine for us. Grocery store nearby also. Enjoyed our very hospitable hosts. We would stay here again.

If Andrija (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
