This 100-year-old-house is situated in a quiet area, St.Jacob (Ploce), just a steps from the beach, and 15 minutes walking distance to the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

The house is newly renovated, with a large shadowed terrace where the guests can enjoy beautiful views on the sea, island Lokrum and the Old Town.

Can accommodate up to 10 persons in different apartments - studio apartments for 2-3 persons, or larger spacious apartments for 4-5 persons.

If you are coming with the car, please note that the parking is a bit of a problem in Dubrovnik. We do rent the parking space in open garage in front of the house. The price is 20 EUR / day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Maja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
