Description

Villa Clara is a beautiful and private Provencal-style, self-contained holiday home sleeps 6 adults and 2 children and is located in the charming medieval village of St Jeannet. Villa Clara is only 16km from Nice airport. Only a 2 minute walk to the village to French bakeries, butcher, grocer, restaurants and bars. Italy is an easy 1 hour drive away. You will be personally greeted by our wonderful French manager Brigitte.. Enjoy wonderful coastal views, terrace dining with wood fired pizza oven, swim in the private pool. The location gives you all that the busy Cote D'Azur has to offer combined with the get away from it all retreat that Provence is famous for. A car may not be necessary as there is a 30 minute bus service to train stations and the famous CAP 3000 shopping complex. The local taxi service can pick you up from the airport and take you to the house for approx 60 euros. We have furnished the villa with everything you have at home to make it a true home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
