Description

Located in a secure gated community that offers two pools and tennis courts, this two bedroom plus den ~ two bath condo is located in Bonita Springs. It is situated near several world-class golf courses, plus all of the shopping and dining experiences that Naples/Bonita Springs has to offer. Three gorgeous beaches are within easy walking/biking distance.

This is a tastefully decorated second floor unit. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized "sleep number" bed. The Master Bath has both a large shower and separate sunken "Jacuzzi" tub.

The second bedroom offers privacy and has twin sized day bed and additional twin sleeping.

A very comfy fold -out double sized sofa in the den can accommodate any extra guests.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef could want.

The dining room seats six comfortably.

Outdoor dining and entertaining is available on the beautiful large wrap around lanai that over looks one of the lushly manicured pool areas.

Bikes, tennis rackets and beach chairs are all provided.

Two reserved parking places ~ one covered~ come with the unit.

Keep in mind there is a VERY strict no pets of any kind policy and a minimum of TWO month rental.

How do damage deposits work?
