This beautiful apartment has been decorated and furnished to the highest possible standards, and is perfectly located within a two minute walk to Moraira town centre.

The apartments are accessed through secure gates and enjoy private underground parking and a lift from the parking area, making them suitable for the elderly and infirm. The beautiful communal pool is surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean garden, forming a safe and pleasant environment for adults and children.

Inside the apartment is fully air conditioned and has absolutely everything the discerning holidaymaker needs for a luxury vacation. There is a spacious lounge/diner with quality furnishings, satellite television with several UK channels, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and a music system. The well appointed kitchen has all modern appliances, and there is a separate utility room with washine machine. There are two lovely bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one twin, and a second family bathroom. Large patio doors open up from the lounge to a pretty balcony area with views over the communal pool to grape vines and the nearby hillside. A spiral staircase then takes you to a magnificent roooftop terrace. Here you will find a built in bbq, quality outside dining furniture, sunbeds and a parasol. Finally there is even a three metre square paddling pool to keep the kids occupied whilst you prepare the evening bbq.
MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
This property is managed by Totalcare Property Services, a highly professional local company with British and German bi-lingual staff. Their housekeepers will help settle you into the property and be on hand if you require information regarding local facilities and services. They can arrange attraction tickets, pre-book golf tee times, and gererally ensure your holiday goes without a hitch.
INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19
In these difficult times renters will obviously be concerned that the cleaning and hygiene standards of their rental accommodation will be of the highest standards in order to protect them and their family during their much needed holiday. We at Totalcare Property Services take this duty of care very seriously, and have established protocols for our housekeepers and cleaners which conform to the recommendations of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control. These protocols cover the cleaning of the property and the sanitisation of the equipment, as well as providing hand sanitiser, additional toilet rolls and tissues, and anti-bacterial cleaners for the guests use on arrival

“Great apartment, fantastic location”
Just returned from a fabulous week in Moraira. Apartment Martini was a great find, so well equipped in a great location, we would definitely consider coming back. Best bits were location, everything within a 5 min walk, supermarket, bars and restaurants and the beach. The pools, the kids enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the communal pool and the town itself, ideal for a family break.
