It is thus that we welcome in our mother language in Val Gardena!
Our House is situated in Ortisei in Val Gardena, a charming resort in the heart of the Dolomites. Thanks to the beautiful and unique landscape of high mountains the Val Gardena is one of the tourist destinations of the world's most famous mountain.
Recently, UNESCO declared the Dolomites as UNESCO world natural heritage.
Ortisei is 1236 m s.l.m. and is the capital of the Val Gardena, then at an altitude for a winter vacation that summer.
The Centre, with its lively pedestrian zone, is a meeting place, chatter and shopping. From here you can stroll through the Woods and find some old farm. The valley stations of the Seceda (starting point for the Sellaronda) and Alpe di Siusi can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
In summer the magnificent mountain scenery attracts hikers and climbers, while in winter it forms an indescribable snowy landscape in the midst of the greatest ski Consortium mond, the Superski Dolomites, a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts!
Our House has an apartment that is located just a few minutes from the city centre. Alpine Guide and ski teacher!
The House, listed only three (three stars) has a garden and ample parking. Playground nearby. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket, several restaurants and pizzerias, take-away pizzeria (50 m) and various other shops. The indoor swimming pool and ski school are located only 300 m from us.

ActiveVal Gardena Val Gardena Active included as our guests you can participate for free from June to October at the new programmaestivo ' Ortisei Active '. Among other things offer hikes, hiking mountain biking, fitness and children's animations and much more.
App. Dolomite is presented as an ideal starting point for summer trips as well as for winter skiing. All facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
The first works are 100 m and the ski bus stop is located at 50 m from where the House Recently the House has been completely restored and attained the qualification certified by ' climate '.

“Sehr schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung”

“Nice apartment, well-equipped and clean, close to the center of Ortisei”
Nice Apartment, well-equipped and clean, close to the center of Ortisei (shops, restaurants, public indoor pool & SPA, lifts all within walking-distance), nice and very helpful owner. The apartment is located in the ground floor, private parking available. We (family with 5 persons) had a wonderful stay for a week during winter season 2023
