If you are looking for a place to really feel like you have gotten away from it all, this is it. Fantastic ocean views, wonderful breezes, the sound of surf immediately below you, inspiring architecture and all the amenities of home create the opportunity for a unique and wonderful vacation. While Puerto angel is a short but strenuous 15' walk away, if you visit you should probably count on a rental car to conveniently access all the interesting spots close by. We are looking forward to a return visit!
“Stairway In heaven”
À gorgeous place on Pacific wild coast. Really well thought accommodation at fifty minutes from paradisiac beaches or Zipolite or Mazunte. We'll be back again. Sûre!
Response from the owner Thank you for comment! Concerning the distance to the beach, I believe you meant fifteen minutes and not fifty: Playa Panteon in Puerto Angel is 10 minutes walking, Playa Zipolite is 10 minutes driving (25 minutes walking) and Mazunte not more than 20 minutes driving. You are always welcome back in El Paraiso de los Angeles!
My husband and I stayed in the blue villa for three nights. It was absolutely amazing! It was the most breathtaking place I have ever stayed at and we miss it! The home is flawless. The most amazing feature is the view. You are looking onto a cliff and all around you are amazing birds and we even saw a whale in the ocean in front of us! Amazing!
“Paradise with breathtaking sea view”
This place really exceeds all expectations - it truly is a paradise. The house was fantastic with an amazing almost complete round view of the open Pacific ocean, the blue sprinkled with tiny fisher boats. The furnishing of the house and the design of the whole place is of incredibly good taste (the pictures don't lie!). Communication with the hosts was really nice and easy, and the house, pool and the whole "paraiso" are very well maintained by a friendly and always helpful housekeeper. We would highly recommend this place to everyone who loves hanging out at the sea in a luxurious environment - and who doesn't?! We stayed at Villa Roja which obviously has the fantastic 300° sea view I wouldn't want to miss, but the other two villas were very beautiful, too, with almost direct access to the great infinity pool.
Espero pronto regresar
This isolated spot is perched right on the cliff overlooking the crashing Pacific. We loved our stay. The unit's deck looks right over the ocean. Birds soared by at arms length. There is a rooftop deck, as well. A few minor down-sides: no hot water in the shower and scorpions may be found both outside and inside the unit. However, these are minor, and all the amenities far outweigh them. The kitchen really works and the pool is lovely. We saw whales out in the ocean from the deck. The rustic location is not for everyone. If you prefer a nice hotel with room service, this place is not for you. There is no air conditioning and the weather is always hot, but there is often a great breeze from the ocean. For us it was just right!
“The most amazing sea view ever!”
This is an incredible place, and we spend a great week there. Perched on top of a rocky peninsula, basically just overhanging the sea at one of the southernmost spots in Mexico, the villas have probably the most amazing sea view that I have ever come across. We saw wales and dolphins directly from our terrace almost every day, and watching the sun set from the pool quickly became a ritual not to be missed. Being there feels completely remote from the buzzing beach life in Zipolite, yet it's is only a few minutes away by car, so going out to the beach or going out at night was easy. And unless you don't enjoy the sound of waves crashing against the shore, I cannot think of anything that's there not to like. The villas are really tastefully designed and decorated, everything was functional and seemed well thought through. The bed was very comfortable, with good protection against mosquitoes, and the little kitchen had everything we needed for the time we were there. We had the blue villa, which was very nice. Probably the best in my opinion is the red one though, as you can have a 300 degree view over the sea right from your bed... The road to get there can be a bit rough at some instances, but our car mastered the road every time without problem. Overall, I can really only recommend this place.
“Un paradis accessible”
Allez y !
