Description
SUBERB Detached villa with 3 ensuite double bedrooms. Both first floor bedrooms have balconies directly overlooking the med, hence all bedrooms have great sea views whilst lying in bed!
Good sized living area with fitted kitchen including hob, oven, microwave,washing machine, dish washer. Cloakroom.
Outside there is a 10 x 4m infinity pool, ( heated option available, please enquire ) large sitting area, Terraces, Balconies & gardens with off road parking for up to 2 vehicles.
The villa enjoys magnificent views along the North Cyprus coastline.
With BBQ's and Sunsets on the patio, followed by starred filled skies, the end of your day is worth the wait!.
The villa is situated close to Esentepe with supermarkets, a bank and most everyday facilities. In addition there are a number of good quality restaurants and bars. The only golf course in Northern Cyprus is located at the Korineum Golf and Country Club which is a less than 10 minute drive away. The beaches close at hand include Alagadi beach which is a protected and unspoilt area renowned for the turtles and Esentepe beach with Bar, Restaurant / Café, WCs, Changing & Showering facilities.
Our favourite beach is located at Kaplica, well worth the drive to these long deserted beaches featuring beautiful golden sand, warm, cystal clear waters and and safe swimming for all the family.
The villa is spacious light and airy and enjoys wonderful views of the Mediteranean. All floors are beautifully tiled, the hall, stairs and landing being marble!.
Air-conditioning units are available in each bedroom and in the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped catering for up to 6 people. In addition the villa boasts English TV channels, Turkish Satelite box, DVD Player (with a selection of DVDs) Wi Fi. for your pleasure.

“Beautiful views, beautiful Villa = Excellent holiday”
Fantastic infinity pool, stunning villa & views. Would say Car Essential due to location as local taxi company nearly always on airport runs & nothing really in walking distance (in the heat). Local Tempo supermarket 5 mins drive, lots of English brands, does have a separate meat counter for pork products. If going to the beach, far end from access road is best unless you like slippery rock underfoot.
