The luxurious open plan apartment is intelligently configured for spaciousness and privacy. It is set in the middle of lush green lawns, foliage and trees in calm, peaceful, safe and secure surroundings. The entire space is filled with sunshine and is very well ventilated. Although, it has an independent entrance flanked by palms, it is part of a beautiful, architecturally designed home. While staying with us, you can also experience the local flavor of life in New Delhi by joining the family for delicious home-cooked meals and interesting conversation. Having spent many years residing in London, England and Montreal, Canada, we realize the value of enjoying every moment spent traveling in distant and near destinations.

The apartment comprises of a very cheerful living room opening onto lawns on 2 sides. The sliding folding doors can be fully opened up and the lawns become a part of the apartment - very relaxing to be with nature. Very comfortable seating, Persian carpet, high definition LCD 102cm TV and interesting books on varied subjects.

The dining room has a beautifully carved antique dining table belonging to the Maharaja of Darbanga

In the well-lit, sun-filled, beautifully well-ventilated bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious, elegant modern wardrobe.

There is a Burmese teak writing desk from the days of the British Raj.

The attached bathroom is totally contemporary with Jaguar single lever fittings.

All areas have a garden view.

Apartment features:

The modular kitchen is fitted with a state-of-the-art auto igniting Kaff cooking hob, Kaff chimney/hood, Kent water purifying system (making the water 100%safe for drinking), a 4-door fridge with freezer, microwave oven and toaster and is fully loaded with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

How do damage deposits work?

If Anita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
