Protaras Holiday Villa Mykonos is a unique and elegant 3 bedroom villa in a quiet and unique cul-de-sac location on the coast of Protaras, a mere 1 minutes walk from the nearest sandy beach. The villa is close to Nausica resort and Fig Tree Bay famous for its crystal clear waters in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. Mykonos is within walking distance from the famous Protaras Strip where you will find all restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies.

Villa Mykonos is a very comfortable holiday villa which spreads on over 120 square meters surrounded by a lovely Mediterranean style garden including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and olive trees. The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, high quality furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances.

At the ground floor, near the entrance of the villa features the first bedroom with a bunk bed that has a double bed at the bottom bunk and a single bed at upper bunk as well as a pull out bed. A short flight of stairs leads to the open plan living room, kitchen and dining room that unfold in an open plan which extends to the outdoor area where a natural timber deck surrounds a private swimming pool. On this level there is also a shower room and a guest toilet.

The upper floor features the master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a third bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. In total the villa can comfortably accommodate 7 persons in beds while on request we can offer baby cots.

This villa is situated in the most affluent area of Protaras right by the sea. The location is very residential and peaceful yet just a couple of minutes' walk to the Central Protaras strip. Fig Tree Bay, a blue flag beach with crystal clear blue lagoon style water and white sand is one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus and is within 1 minute's walk from the villa. Protaras a more family oriented resort to the nearby Ayia Napa is very popular for its beautiful beaches. Within walking distance of the villa you will find the beach, water-sports, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and all amenities required for an amazing holiday.

Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.

For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

“Disappointing Stay”

Really hate writing bad reviews but We found this villa in a bad state, really dirty and there were so many things wrong. Online photos Must’ve been taken years ago. Now the garden is dead/brown… More

Response from the manager Dear Rebecca, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We have examined all the items you mentioned which are now corrected. We operate a very strict quality control but in this case we failed to deliver the experience we would like on your arrival. Nevertheless, all items you indicated were rectified within 3 hours of your arrival and we gave complimentary cleans, daily pool cleaning and free late check-out for the inconvenience you faced on arrival. Being a hospitality professional yourself I am sure you can understand that sometimes you can fail to deliver the level of service you would normally do. Just for the record the pool did not have algae but dust and garden which was recently trimmed is now fully blossomed. I apologise for the experience you had and for not providing any further compensation as demanded.
