Description
VILLA CAN LUC is a typical ibicencan house, for a fantastic holiday with family or a large group of friends. A beautiful, large villa set in the hills of Ibiza Town, overlooking Salinas and Formentera,
The big garden and pool are just as glamorous as the inside of the house. The terrace of the pool is lined with natural stone and surrounded by a large terrace with comfortable sun-loungers and a fantastic chillout, a great garden with palms, orange and olive trees. There is a dinning terrace beside the swimming pool and garden with a barbecue area where you can enjoy the warm evenings of Ibiza and its beautiful starry nights. There is also a fridge where you can keep drinks cool to prevent you from walking too far! There are various chill areas outside, some with shelter, others where you can soak up the sunshine.
VILLA CAN LUC counts with two large lounge areas, one downstairs and one upstairs. The first one, related directly to the front porch, has sitting area and a large table under a beautiful typical wooden beam ceiling. The upstairs lounge area has a fantastic fireplace, a huge library, a plasma TV, DVD player and a stereo. From here you can access to a terrace which has views to Las Salinas and Platja den Bossa. There are a few sun loungers, table and chairs to enjoy the morning sunrise or to catch the last of the rays in the afternoon.
A big kitchen, well equipped to cater for larger groups, a spacious dining area and there are sofas where you can chill out as well in front of and traditional fire place.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and two twin bedroom. The main double bedroom opens to the outdoor terrace and has a large en-suite bathroom. There is also a second common large bathroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one of them with a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden; and a single bedroom. A bathroom is located next door.

“Beautiful villa”
My friends and I had a lovely time in this beautiful villa in a great location. Great pool and views with all amenities in great condition. Would highly recommend.
