CONTEMPORARY MINAMALISTIC FURNISHINGS THROUGHOUT.

GROUND FLOOR: GALLERY KITCHEN AND LOUNGE WITH LARGE WINDOW OVERLOOKING THE SEA, LARGE SHOWER ROOM, UTILITY CUPBOARD.

FIRST FLOOR: LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOM INCORPORATING WHITE LEATHER SEATING WITH VIEWS TO THE SEA. LARGE BATHROOM WITH BATH/SHOWER.

SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM.

VERY LIGHT AND AIRY, AN ABSOLUTE RETREAT, VERY QUIET BUT BOASTS A NUMBER OF FAMOUS RESTAURANTS AND BARS IN THE ROYAL WILLIAM YARD COMPLEX.

SECURE BUILDING WITH KEYPAD ACCESS AND INTERNAL LIFT.

THERE IS AMPLE PARKING AT THE ROYAL WILLIAM YARD, BUT THE APARTMENTS DO NOT HAVE ALLOCATED SPACES. PARKING IS CHARGED AT£2.00 PER HOUR FOR THE FIRST 2 HOURS, £5.00 FOR 5 HOURS, AND £10.00 PER NIGHT. HOWEVER, THERE IS SOME PARKING JUST OUTSIDE THE ROYAL WILLIAM YARD ENTRANCE, AND JUST A 3 MINUTE WALK ALONG THE COAST IS THE CREMYLL CAR PARK WHICH IS COMPLIMENTARY.

“Good location and neat apartment but slightly let down by small details”

Met and shown around by owner on a very timely basis who gave a detailed tour of the apartment. It was a bit off putting though to have quite so many cautionary instructions at the start including being asked to take your shoes off if possible, and not to switch the cooker off as it takes an age to reset. I get being respectful to a rental but it kind of makes you feel ill at ease rather than relaxed. A sleek appearance throughout but the kitchen wasn't as well equipped as I would have expected, it lacked such simple things as a bread knife and frying pans - I choose self catering to give the flexibility of being able to prepare meals and not have to rely on dining out. Overall a good apartment in a great location, probably over priced for what it is but that said I did stay at the height of the summer season.

How do damage deposits work?

If Nikki & Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
