Situated on a peaceful sunny hillside with stunning sea & woodland views, overlooking our 6 acre valley brimming with wildlife,deer, badgers,rabbits & birds of prey ready to explore.

2 pub/restaurants a short stroll away, one on the Harbour Waterfront with its 450yr old history. The beautiful coastline is at your fingertips right here with boat trips, coastal walks, birdwatching, scenic rail trips, real ale & seafood a plenty.

Please Note we Do Not provide Towels.

“Ideal Holiday Home”

A comfortable bungalow in a wonderful location with everything you need. It was warm and cosy and near to so many lovely Devon towns. The owners were friendly and helpful but not intrusive at all. The views were stunning and wildlife about exciting to look out for. We would love to revisit soon.

“Sea view Lodge”

The bungalow is owned by Karen and Michael who make you really welcome and live next door so readily available to help if any issues. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The view is stunning. Close to pubs who make you very welcome and serve lovely meals.

“Lovely relaxing lodge with beautiful views”

A lovely, spotlessly clean lodge with excellent views and set in gorgeous countryside. A great place to relax in after a day exploring the local area and towns like Dawlish, Exmouth, Exeter and many other pretty seaside towns nearby. The facilities in the lodge were excellent.

A great place for a quiet week. The bungalow is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hill is quite steep for walking up, if coming up and down from the harbour.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Karen/Ben (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
