Description

The house is set on Collecimino Hill over 500m ASL in the hamlet of San Giorgio.
The property is well equipped with all you will need for a relaxing stay in this part of the Italian countryside.

There are shops /supermarkets,bars and amenities can be found in Penne approx. 15 minute drive away.
There is a supermarket, bars and pizzeria 10 minutes drive away.
A short walk down the road from the house is an Agriturismo where you will find delicious food served most nights of the week.There are other local restaurants and pizzerias within easy distance by car..

The house is wonderfully spacious and comfortably furnished with all you will need for a relaxing holiday.The house has a shaded terrace at the front with tables and chairs to enjoy the amazing views in all directions and gardens/lawn to the side and rear of the property again with extensive views to the mountains and the Adriatic coast.
The house has gates to the front so safe for young children to play.

The house sleeps six comfortably,however will sleep upto eight at an additional cost.

Linen and towels are provided.We would appreciate the use of your own towels for the beach.

Rental for less than 7 days will be considered -please enquire.

There is a bbq for use and also 2 sun loungers.

For those that enjoy picnics on the beach, there is a cool box with freezer blocks for you to take to the beach and also sun umbrellas. We just ask that you look after these items.

The house is laid out as follows, welcoming entrance hall with church pew, large stairs lead up to bedroom areas.
There is a well equipped kitchen, first lounge consists of two sofas with log fire.
.An entrance leads to a vestibule and alternative entrance to the house with a further spacious living room with seating including day bed for use as additional bed and and a double sofa bed also for additional sleeping. There is a dining room with large table that will seat 6 people comfortably.From the hall there is a downstairs shower room with WC and basin and washing machine.

The staircase from the entrance hall gives an opportunity to take in the amazing mountain views to the front of the property. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms, 2 double and 1 with twin beds.All rooms have beautiful views of the countryside and mountains.There is a further bathroom with bath, WC, bidet and basin.

There is shaded terrace to the front of the property with tables and chairs.There is extensives space around the house including a garden and agricultural land to the side and rear.
The house has gates to the front so safe for young children to play.
To the side of the house are outbuildings including a rustic outdoor kitchen and parking for 3+ cars and a garage.

For those of you that are interested in cycling, this is an ideal place. Although lots of hills, there are places nearby to cycle to.
We have got details for bike hire if you wish to hire bikes and there are some cycle maps/routes at the house should you wish to do this.
