Luxury 3 bed 2 bathrooms detached Villa with private pool, large terrace with sun loungers and roof top solarium with BBQ and dining furniture, along with sun loungers. The villa has a private walling and off road parking. Pool terrace has comfortable ratten furniture under a pergola, where the roof can be opened, this area is ideal for enjoying drinks or just relaxing with a book or sunbathing on the sun loungers by the pool. The large rooftop solarium is great for sunbathing and BBQ and benefits from ratten dining furniture and sun loungers. This area is also a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun, food and drink in to the evening, also the solarium has a large canopy to relax under with a book or to sleep without getting burnt. There is sun from morning until evening.
Air-conditioning in the rooms with ceiling fans in all rooms. There is WIFI at the villa with a 50” flat screen smart TV with Fire stick. The Villa is suitable for a family wanting to enjoy a holiday together or a group of golfers.
Torrevieja is the nearby main town offering lots of culture and international designer shops with a large fabulous beach, marina and an evening market with entertainment. La Zenia boulevard shopping centre 15 minutes drive away, which offers a variety of fashion boutiques, Zara, Pull Bear, H& M, Primark and Jack Jones etc. Lots of restaurants and bars.

This room allows you to relax, entertain and unwind in luxury.The kitchen is well equipped to a high standard with a Bosch washing machine, Fridge Freezer, microwave, Bosch induction hob and electric oven, toaster, kettle and is equipped with crockery, glasses and utensils for all your needs.There is also a dining table which seats 4 but most people prefer to eat Al fresco so there is patio furniture situated on the terrace outside the lounge, which seats 4. Solarium has patio furniture, which seats 10.Master bedroom with En suite. The bedroom is beautifully fitted out with built in double wardrobe and bedside cabinets with modern bedding and curtains. The En suite is totally fitted out with a large oval mirror with light and a vanity unit, walk in shower2nd Double bedroom. High wall surrounds the villa allowing privacy when using the pool terrace, which has sun loungers plus ratten furniture under a pergola, where the roof can be opened. There is also a large roof top solarium area with a BBQ and ratten dining furniture which seats up to 10. This is a great area for relaxing and soaking up the sun on the loungers provided in private.There is also a sun terrace outside the lounge to enjoy those morning drinks with breakfast The villa has off the road parking.

“Home from home ”
We are just back from a 17 day stay in this beautiful quality Villa and I wasn’t ready to leave. Everything we needed was there, and it is really very well equipped. The roof terrace is huge with distant views of the sea. The outdoor space is very impressive and the pool was just wonderful and is big enough for a swim, even at night with its lovely colourful lights. The proximity to shops, bars and restaurants is superb. We could sunbathe in the garden and on a few occasions could hear some amazing singers from the restaurants. The area is residential and respectable and was very quiet at night. We used the Moovit app for the bus on our first week, and once we got on the correct frequency we found the bus to be very reliable. On our second week we hired a car to go further afield. I would recommend organising car before you go. Our sons loved hopping on a scooter and enjoyed Villa Marin plaza which is walking distance as was La Fuente centre. I loved sitting in the garden reading my book. This location works for a quiet holiday or a lively one. We visited many beaches but La Zenia which is one of the closest to the Villa was my favourite. Cabo Roig is a taxi or bus away if your looking for the hustle bustle and night markets. We often ventured further but the friendly local restaurants and bars had some great entertainment and lovely food. Casa Chelaron Vila would be hard to beat and I would highly recommend it for all ages.

“Fantastic Villa & Fantastic Location”
We stayed here as a party of ten. Seven adults and three teenagers. The villa has enough space for everyone and at no point did it seem crowded. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The pool was a perfect size and we had it to ourselves the majority of the time. The terrace upstairs was a great space for evening dining and drinks. The BBQ was an extra plus for us. Kathy the owner responded quickly to any questions we had which was great. The villa is a ten minute drive to Villamartin Plaza, campoamar beach and the Cabo roig strip. There is another plaza nearby La Fuente which has many great bars and restaurants which is a fifteen minute walk. Mercadona is a ten minute walk but there is a small supermarket at the end of the road which came in handy on many occasions. On the doorstep is several bars, a great Indian restaurant and two Chinese restaurants as well as many others. There is a bus that brings you into Villamartin Plaza as well as La Zenia boulevard which runs regularly upto 9.30pm for 1 Euro 38. Overall, a brilliant holiday was had by all and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. We hope to return again soon.

“Excellent stay”
It wasn’t our first time staying at the villa as we stayed a few years ago, we returned for a 2 week family holiday and we weren’t disappointed. There was ample room for everyone and we had the pool all to ourselves and although not heated it didn’t actually need to be as the weather was so warm the pool stayed heated into the evening. There is plenty to do within a few minutes drive and there are restaurants and bars locally to the villa too. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous well equipped house. Ideal for large family. Bbq on roof terrace perfect with loads of room. Great bars and restaurants just round the corner. Definitely recommend it.
