“Great Holiday”

Lovely clean comfortable well equipped villa in an excellent location. Very safe as it is in a gated community and has a nice well run pool with sun loungers and trees for shade. The property managers were excellent, instantly helping and sorting out any queries we had. There are several great restaurants about a five minute walk away and there is a nice Chinese restaurant just behind the gym. The Habaneras shopping mall and the big Carrefour supermarket is about a twenty minute walk away, but the little Spanish supermarket by the petrol station has everything you need at cheap prices. There are plenty of buses but if you're brave enough to walk to the beach make sure you go through the Park of Nations it's a beautiful place to stop for a break.

“Location agréable mais problème pour récupérer la caution !”

Bonne situation maison avec tout le confort nécessaire SEUL PROBLÈME la propreté le ménage n'avait pas été fait et le linge n'était pas vraiment propre de plus comme convenu nous avons donné une caution de 100 euros comme prévu dans le contrat MAiS lorsqu'il a fallu nous la rendre Madame Spendiff a refusé prétextant que le ménage était déduit de la caution dans les contrats TripAdvisor . Le ménage a été fait par mes soins et à aucun moment il n'a été question de le faire faire. Madame Spendif ne nous a remboursé que 60 euros et nous en doit encore 40. J'espère donc que via ce mail le nécessaire pourra être fait car c'est vraiment ABUSER!!!

Response from the owner Le problème que nous avons ici est que l'invité n'a pas souhaité payer les frais de gestion obligatoire dans notre contrat et nos conditions À aucun moment aucun appel n'a été fait sur le linge, etc.La famille a apprécié le séjour avec un rapport 4 étoiles, mais est venu très abusif lorsqu'il a expliqué que les frais étaient obligatoires et non facultatifs. La famille en se rendant compte qu'ils avaient manqué de lire le contrat est devenu très injurieux sans équivoque
