Maison écologique à ossature bois située entre terre et mer à Saint-Pierre-de-Plesguen (20 km de SAINT-MALO et 10 km de DINAN).
Meublé de Tourisme classé 3 ***.
Piscine 7x4 m chauffée de mai à septembre, grande terrasse.
ENVIRONNEMENT
Très calme et paisible, agréable vue sur le grand jardin aménagé et le bosquet. Idéal pour se détendre et prendre le temps de vivre en couple, en famille ou entre amis (jusqu'à 8 personnes).
A 100 m des commerces et services (boulangerie, supermarché, médecin, pharmacie, La Poste...)

Concernant la piscine, par souci écologique, elle est chauffée grâce aux panneaux solaires situés sur le toit de la maison. Cette installation est présentée sur notre site internet ,et dans le contrat de location il est précisé que la température de l'eau de la piscine dépend entièrement de l'ensoleillement. En septembre il peut parfois faire défaut. C'est bien noté pour l'équipement vaisselle à prévoir. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau ;-)
