MONSERVIA HOUSE is located in the Lisbon region (Central Portugal), in the area of Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, the 45 minutes ride from Lisbon International Airport. The house is situated near Magoito beach (2.5 km) and not far away from the beautiful beaches of the west zone (winch, Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Macas, Azenhas do Mar, acute, Samarra, São Julião and Foz do Lizandro, amongst others). Serra de Sintra is a permanent presence on the horizon of this region, with its historic and charming village (Unesco World Heritage) in which Pena Palace and Moorish Castle are symbols of the region itself. MONSERVIA HOUSE was built 30 years ago but presently restored to provide suitable conditions to those interested in renting a holiday house in this beautiful area. Here, you can enjoy the amazing weather, the peacefulness of the area, as well as the magnificent beaches and breathtaking landscape. MONSERVIA HOUSE is also located near unmissable places of cultural interests (Lisbon, Cascais, Ericeira, Mafra), therefore, it is an ideal place for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday and also capture the history of the surrounding area, without having to travel much. MONSERVIA HOUSE is available for full or partial lease. The house has capacity for up to 9/10 people. MONSERVIA HOUSE is comprised of 5 bedrooms (4 double and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 lounge, 2 kitchens (one of them in the garage), 2 hall's (one of which has a single bed), 1 garage and a backyard.
