Description

The "Marty" apartment in Monopoli consists of a house in a period house (1920) on the first floor (Zona Murattiana), 150 meters from the central square and the historic center and 250 meters from the sea. Available 12 months a year, for a minimum of 6 nights, ideal for families or groups of friends for a total of 6-7 beds. The house has air conditioning and heating for 94 square meters in 5 rooms and a bathroom and vaulted ceilings. It consists of 3 large bedrooms, a large living-room, a 20 sqm kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, a balcony and windows that give ample light to the rooms. Equipped with digital television, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine and clothesline, hair dryer. Bathroom with bathtub.

“Nice flat, good location”

Everything was great. It is a bit far from a beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, but the walk there, throgh the old town, was nice.
