Splendida villa antica , con piscina privata, nei pressi di Gallipoli a pochi km dalla spiaggia , immersa nella splendida campagna salentina ed in un magnifico oliveto ,grande circa 1 ettaro, dotata di tutti i confort , vi assicura una vacanza in pieno relax ma al tempo stesso vicina al mare di Gallipoli, alla città di Lecce ed alla movida salentina .
La villa è composta da un grande salone , da una sala da pranzo, 5 camere da letto matrimoniali, due cucine indipendenti , grandi spazi all'aperto sia intorno alla piscina che sotto ad un pergolato che nella parte antistante
Finemente arredata e dotata di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, arredo da giardino , barbecue;

Grande casa, immersa nel verde con ottima vista e poco distante dal centro Gallipoli. Proprietario Stefano molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente a un gruppo di amici e coppie.

Response from the owner Non mi spiego il motivo di tanta acredine e di tante inesattezze da voi scritte! Era vostra discrezione usare o meno il grande camino all'interno.La cucina all'esterno, da altri molto apprezzata, non è stata di vostro gradimento.La cucina a induzione era fornita di tutte le pentole necessarie ma, detto da voi stessi ,non avete saputo usarla.La TV ha sempre funzionato ma voi avete preferito usare i giga di internet che vi avevo messo a disposizione per vedere film e quant'altro, consumando ben oltre i 10 giga .Non esiste nessun piano superiore da come di evince anche dalle fotografie.Si tratta di pavimento solare non utilizzabile è mai messo a disposizione di alcun ospite . Nè mai è stato cambiato nome alla struttura, probabilmente c'è grande confusione!!!

Response from the owner Anche noi siamo rimasti molto delusi nel leggere le molte inesattezze scritte.ci è sembrato che questi ospiti cercassero il "pelo nell'uovo " visto che un insetto e un ragnetto in una cucina all'aiuto non sono dei marziani! Ne sono testimoni le donne delle pulizie, mandate da noi , a totali nostre spese, per andare incontro alle esigenze di questi ospite, i quali per altro hanno fatto le loro rimostranze solo tre-quattro-cinque giorni dopo essere entrati.
