Description

Enjoy in breath taking sight to the sea, mountains and river. Our location is in small weekend settlement isolated from any commercialization or noise, in forest surrounded with few similar weekend cottages. Wake up with birds, cricket sound and fresh air. Experience wind breeze in your hair with amazing view – all in one- mountains, river canyon and sea with island. We are situated only 6 km from town Omiš, perfectly close, but still far enough to have your own privacy. Omiš is small costal town, with beautiful beaches for all tastes, sand beach in the very centre, pebble beach on the east as well rock cliffs for the adventurer. Besides beaches there are many cultural and historical sights to see, starting with legend of Omiš pirates. Few km away there is a popular excursion site Radman mills, surrounded with magnificent canyon mountains, domestic cuisine, rafting or rowing possibilities will emphasize your experience.
We are proud to say that town Split is only 30 minutes driving from our “haven”. It is second largest town in Croatia, tourist centre of Dalmatia, founded from ancient roman imperator Diocletian more than 1700 years ago- a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Split indulges all your interests, from priceless historical sights in the very centre of the town, numerous taverns, vine and oil bars, beaches and forest Marjan, sports events, football club Hajduk, to night clubs and fun.
Besides all near locations it is worth to mention also possible excursions we would suggest. Waterfalls on River Krka are near pictures town Šibenik, only 150 km away. Town Dubrovnik some 200 km down the coast, national park Plitivica lakes to the north 250 km. You should also try to take a ferry to one of our islands from Split port or one day excursions from Omiš.
Minimum stay in the period of 1st June till 1st October is one week (7 days). Arrival and departure of guests is always on Saturday so there is a possibility to rent only one, two or more weeks. Departure is on Saturday till 10 am and arrival on Saturday from 4 pm.
Our villa has been built in 1974 and was completely renovated in the beginning of 2014. 40 years of enjoying it is the best prove of the quality of the vacation in it as well as accommodation in completely renovated facility.
Rustic atmosphere is a touch of a leisure style fulfilled with all necessary modern gadgets like Jacuzzi, internet, satellite TV…. Three separate bedrooms, of which two rooms have one double bed – king size and additional single bed in each room, those two rooms are situated on the floor. In the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi and one with shower and one small separate toilette. Kitchen and living room are placed in the ground floor equipped with all necessary gadgets and air condition. On your disposal will be washing machine, dish washing machine, FREE internet, satellite TV, GPS navigation system, iron, hair dryer… Around the house there are four terraces, barbeque, swimming pool and large garden.
The entire house has central heating system, and two air conditions. Thanks to the mountain breeze, 300m altitude and touch of the forest, nights in summer are much pleasant than in the other places.
To the nearest grocery store they are less that 5 minutes driving, supermarket in in 6 km distance, and large malls are some 20 minutes driving, in the suburb of Split.
We found our small neighborhood very pleasant, 12 weekend cottages, very quite surrounding respecting once privacy.
