Welcome to Reeds House Penthouse #14, a stunning 3 bedroom penthouse apartment overlooking the ocean with direct beach access at Reeds Bay in Barbados. This elegant villa in Barbados offers guest one of the largest living spaces in Reed's House Development.


Reeds House is ideally situated directly on the white sandy beaches of Reeds Bay in an exotic tropical garden setting. The crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea are on your doorstep for swimming, snorkelling and other water sport activities. Car parking, 24-hour security personnel, receptionist and private sun beds/umbrellas all add to the enjoyment of your holiday.

The penthouse comes with a wet bar and a large rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi and large dining terrace. The stunning terrace overlooks the ocean and beach and is a wonderful place to have a BBQ with friends and family. The gorgeous beach at reed's is literally a few steps away from your apartment. This luxury penthouse is the perfect vacation for families to Barbados.


With panoramic views from every room, this newly refurbished penthouse provides luxurious accommodation for 4/6 people. A well-appointed kitchen opens onto the living room where you can relax and read a book. An adjoining covered dining terrace overlooks the Caribbean Sea.

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king size four-poster bed and has the benefit of en-suite facilities, marble fittings, a large corner bath, a separate shower room and leads onto a private sitting area with wet bar. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.

The second floor boasts a magnificent 55 foot private roof terrace, which is probably the largest in Barbados. A covered dining area for eight people with wet bar and ice maker leads onto the sun terrace where you can relax on comfortable designer sun-beds and several seating areas or relax in the large spa-pool. This floor also has a third air-conditioned bedroom/sitting room with an immaculate en-suite shower room.


Reed's Penthouse No.14 can be rented with Reed's Penthouse No. 13 to accommodate a larger group as the two penthouses have inter-communicating doors.

Reeds House is a secluded boutique beach-front development between the Royal Pavilion and Cobblers Cove Hotels. Sandy Lane and the Royal Westmoreland golf courses are only 5 - 10 minute drive away, as are several tennis clubs and health spas. This stretch of coastline, commonly known as the Platinum Coast, is home to some of the Caribbean's finest restaurants and bars. Shopping is close by in Holetown and Speightstown.


Reed's house No. 14 comes with a Cook/Housekeeper who will prepare 2 meals per day for our guests.

“Great Experience”

Wow – the views at Reeds House are so fabulous! This is our favourite of all the places we’ve stayed in Barbados. So peaceful and the staff were all just lovely & took great care of us. Our favourite thing was to watch the sunsets from our balcony or from the rum shack John Moores – it’s only a 2 minute walk away. Real Barbados!

“Such a Lovely Property”

We had the most wonderful stay at Reeds House. From the moment we arrived we knew we were in the right place. It was really relaxed yet at the same time had all the creature comforts we could want for. We had great fun one night going to John Reed's Rum shop which is located right next door. The swimming in front is not the best but one minute to the right is a most beautiful beach. We loved it and will definitely be back

We loved this property. The location right in the middle of the west coast is ideal. It is close to both Mullins and to Holetown. Directly in front there is a reef but when we walked one minute to the right there is a beautiful stretch of sandy beach called Lower Carlton. I think it is probably the most beautiful beach we came across on the island. One evening we walked 2 minutes along the road to John Moores Bar. It was great fund
