Designer wooden house on one level, located in a landscaped garden of 2200 m2, in the heart of the beautiful Scorff valley, near the tourist town of Quimperlé, 500 m from the village which has all the shops essential, Arzano is less than an hour drive from Vannes, Quimper, Concarneau, Pont Aven, the beaches are 20km. 1 hour from the Gulf of Morbihan You can enjoy the vegetable garden and fruits of the garden. You will be safe from the neighborhood because the land is fenced, has a closed parking, the house is secured by an alarm. We also have two bicycles at your disposal. The house is ideal for 2 or 4 people, it is adapted to the reduced mobility, the heating and the air-conditioning are done by the floor concrete heating or refrigerant. You will enjoy all the modern comforts of a house on one level. A gas fireplace is in the center of the living room, the house is extended outside with a very romantic terrace, you can also enjoy the pergola located near bedroom 1. The roses perfume the garden right in front of the windows; walks are particularly pleasant around the house NEW: the house is recently equipped with an outdoor SPA of 2 to 4 people! It is located in the rose garden! Each room has a bathroom equipped with shower with integrated toilets, (bathroom 2 renovated recently) it is separated by the large living room, thus are very independent; the kitchen open to the dining area is equipped with an induction hob. Rental from saturday to saturday in season (cleaning fees: 100 € for the stay)
